Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical and electrical connections, torque checks, and functional tests
  • Identify assembly defects and escalate issues to QA before sign-off
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation at all times
  • Complete assembly logs and production checklists accurately for each unit
  • Support preventive maintenance of assembly tools and workshop equipment
Requirements
  • OND, HND, or trade certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in equipment assembly or manufacturing

Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Full Time On-Site Quality

The QA Engineer owns quality across our entire production and sales process — from incoming components to finished equipment ready for dispatch. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement QA inspection plans for all stages of assembly and delivery
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections, documenting findings in detail
  • Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
  • Maintain quality records and ensure documentation meets regulatory and client standards
  • Train assembly staff on quality standards and inspection techniques
  • Liaise with suppliers to address component quality issues and set incoming inspection criteria
Requirements
  • B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in heavy equipment or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a strong advantage
